“They shipped my order after 2 weeks or more and were not responsive at all when I emailed them. They answered me after a week I sent the email. Not sure if I was going to receive the item ordered or not, then suddenly after 2 or more weeks one day I received an email advising me that the item was shipped. Very poor experience”

“At first I was disappointed because my order was over 10 days delayed but after I got in touch with you guys you refunded the shipping and also provided express free shipping. Even the mistake it was a good reaction. Thanks.”

“Shopping on the site was good it was the delivery that wasn’t so great . I ordered 2 items it didn’t say they would be delivered separately. The 1st came ok but I changed the 2nd to be picked up from a locker. This didn’t happen they tried to deliver to my address, which nobody was in! So had to try again so took another 2 days ( it was a birthday present) This has put me off ordering as you deliver through DHL ( not good).”
