Ordered Renault Kangoo 2006 brake parts that were in stock on 15.02. It took 4 days to assemble the order instead of the promised 1-2 days. Then the package stayed in the warehouse all week from Monday 19th morning to Friday 23rd evening without moving. Then it was supposedly given to the transport company (Chronopost) on the 23rd. According to Autodoc's delivery policy - it takes 5-7 working days to deliver your order. So the delivery due date was 26th. Since on 26th I still haven't received my order and on the Chronopost site it was saying "in preparation at the sender", I called Autodoc. They agreed - your package is late. The only solution they could offer is to wait another 7 days and then they will decide to resend the package or refund. They promised to contact the warehouse and ask for more information and told me that within 24 hours they would get back to me. They did not, so I called them on the 27th and got the same answer and they promised to get back to me with more information within 24h. Of course, they did not, so I called them on the 28th and got the same response and the same promise that they did not keep up with. So on the 29th, I decided to call Chronopost to ask if they had the package. They responded that the package is in preparation at the sender. I explained to Chronopost that Autodoc said that they had transmitted the package to Chronopost. Therefore Chronopost asked me to contact Autodoc once again and ask them to send to Chronopost "proof of deposit". So I did exactly that, I called Autodoc on the 29th at 11:00 and asked them to send Chronopost "proof of deposit" they agreed to do it and promised to get back to me by the end of the day. 15:00 I called Chronopost again to ask if they had received the information they needed. They had not. So I immediately called Autodoc again, and they said that they had contacted their warehouse and it takes 7 DAYS to get a response and I should just wait. The lady was rude enough to hang up on me. CONCLUSION: WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
