I ordered a lambda sensor for my car and faced only problems:
1. Wrong compatibility. The website clearly stated that the part was compatible with my car and engine, but in reality, it did not fit at all.
2. Complicated and expensive return. The item must be returned to Germany, not Poland. All shipping costs are covered by the customer, even if the mistake was on AUTODOC’s side. Return costs are very high.
3. Lack of proper support. The company refused to collect the package from a parcel locker located just 1 km from their warehouse. Every request to arrange courier pickup was answered with the same phrase: “we cannot help.”
The result: money wasted, terrible service, and zero respect for the customer.

“Ordered timing belt and service kit for my Nissan Qashqai . Took two weeks to deliver the belt tensioner was faulty and they supplied the wrong oil filter . I ended up paying twice for the labour to get the tensioner replaced . No help from autodoc as they are based in Germany and you Ai chat . Even had my review removed from trustpilot complaining it had promotional and advertising links .”

The order was received quite promptly it could not be installed by a professional immediately so i had to wait four weeks. When Le Garage inspected the compressor they noted that it was not correct despite being SELECTED BY AUTODOC. I tried to return the unused compressor but was told that i could not due to the returns Policy, Naturally i am upset as i can not afford another compressor so i am now totally out of pocket. Like so many - promise much - deliver less”
“I placed an order with Autodoc for several items marked as “in stock” with 1–2 business day dispatch. I received only one item, with no explanation that it was a split shipment. The rest of the order was delayed, and I had to contact support to find out what was happening.
What followed was a week of contradictions, delays, half-truths, and robotic replies that suggested I reject a package that hadn’t even left the warehouse. Communication from their “Service Quality Manager” was vague, inconsistent, and full of empty promises. I spent hours chasing basic answers.
They eventually issued a partial refund “as a gesture of goodwill,” but not once did anyone sincerely acknowledge the completely unacceptable customer experience.
Autodoc is disorganized, opaque, and does not respect its customers. Never again.”
“I ordered an outdoor motorcycle cover from Autodoc, but it turned out they had used the wrong product image on their website.
As a result, I ended up receiving an indoor cover instead of one designed for outdoor use. What followed was an exchange of about a dozen emails to arrange the return, involving a long and tedious return process, along with a whole series of completely useless questions (e.g., "Please provide the VIN of your motorcycle," "What is the transmission type?" "What type of fuel does your motorcycle use?" "What is the engine power?" etc.). And I’m not even mentioning the fact that they insisted it was the correct product...
To top it all off, they are now asking me to cover the return shipping costs, even though I would never have ordered this product if they had used the correct photo in the first place.
I have never experienced such a long and frustrating return process in my life. Avoid at all costs.”
“Don't trust the ratings on the items, they manipulate them, they delete bad ratings and leave good ones. 1/3 of purchases were sent bad parts, to complain you have to send the item back at your own expense, even though it's their fault.”
