Review about AUTODOC.pl I ordered a lambda sensor for my car and faced only problems: 1. Wrong compatibility. The website clearly stated that the part was compatible with my car and engine, but in reality, it did not fit at all. 2. Complicated and expensive return. The item must be returned to Germany, not Poland. All shipping costs are covered by the customer, even if the mistake was on AUTODOC’s side. Return costs are very high. 3. Lack of proper support. The company refused to collect the package from a parcel locker located just 1 km from their warehouse. Every request to arrange courier pickup was answered with the same phrase: “we cannot help.” The result: money wasted, terrible service, and zero respect for the customer. ❌ I do not recommend buying from AUTODOC.pl.

Ordered timing belt and service kit for my Nissan Qashqai . Took two weeks to deliver the belt tensioner was faulty and they supplied the wrong oil filter . I ended up paying twice for the labour to get the tensioner replaced . No help from autodoc as they are based in Germany and you Ai chat . Even had my review removed from trustpilot complaining it had promotional and advertising links .

Takes almost two to deliver , wrong parts supplied . Faulty tensioner supplied with timing belt kit had to pay the mechanic twice to get the faulty one replaced. Most parts cheaper on Amazon

Mercenary Company. The order was received quite promptly it could not be installed by a professional immediately so i had to wait four weeks. When Le Garage inspected the compressor they noted that it was not correct despite being SELECTED BY AUTODOC. I tried to return the unused compressor but was told that i could not due to the returns Policy, Naturally i am upset as i can not afford another compressor so i am now totally out of pocket. Like so many - promise much - deliver less

I placed an order with Autodoc for several items marked as “in stock” with 1–2 business day dispatch. I received only one item, with no explanation that it was a split shipment. The rest of the order was delayed, and I had to contact support to find out what was happening. What followed was a week of contradictions, delays, half-truths, and robotic replies that suggested I reject a package that hadn’t even left the warehouse. Communication from their “Service Quality Manager” was vague, inconsistent, and full of empty promises. I spent hours chasing basic answers. They eventually issued a partial refund “as a gesture of goodwill,” but not once did anyone sincerely acknowledge the completely unacceptable customer experience. Autodoc is disorganized, opaque, and does not respect its customers. Never again.

I ordered an outdoor motorcycle cover from Autodoc, but it turned out they had used the wrong product image on their website. As a result, I ended up receiving an indoor cover instead of one designed for outdoor use. What followed was an exchange of about a dozen emails to arrange the return, involving a long and tedious return process, along with a whole series of completely useless questions (e.g., "Please provide the VIN of your motorcycle," "What is the transmission type?" "What type of fuel does your motorcycle use?" "What is the engine power?" etc.). And I’m not even mentioning the fact that they insisted it was the correct product... To top it all off, they are now asking me to cover the return shipping costs, even though I would never have ordered this product if they had used the correct photo in the first place. I have never experienced such a long and frustrating return process in my life. Avoid at all costs.

Don't trust the ratings on the items, they manipulate them, they delete bad ratings and leave good ones. 1/3 of purchases were sent bad parts, to complain you have to send the item back at your own expense, even though it's their fault.

Never received my parcel, reclamation signed many times, even at DPD. DPD says the problem was on their side but autodoc stopped answering my questions and never sent me money back. Stay away

Autodoc is really playing with people's intelligence, I placed an order on since 12th June 24,i haven't received my parcel number 113712087, I was surprised that they wrote I have received my parcel but I didn't, I tracked it and it was at lapost in Paris, why am close to lyon, later they want me to come to Paris and recive it before 3 days, but I see it as a fraud and scam. I regret knowing this Autodoc.fr

Looking for car parts? Look AWAY from Autodoc! This company is the automotive equivalent of a clown car overflowing with frustration and misfortune! Wrong Parts Galore! My order was a comical disaster. Imagine needing a new heart for your car, and Autodoc sends you a rusty bicycle pump!** After 2.5 hours on the phone (spread across 5 different representatives, mind you!), I still couldn't convince them it was THEIR mistake! Prepare for a Marathon of Miscommunication! Talking to Autodoc's reps is like trying to explain astrophysics to a goldfish. They forget what you said faster than a toddler forgets their favorite toy. Pictures? Descriptions? Lies! Forget using their website! The pictures are about as accurate as a Picasso self-portrait, and the descriptions are written in a language only a malfunctioning spam filter understands. Need your parts yesterday? Autodoc delivers slower than a sloth on vacation! Don't expect apologies, either. They'll leave you stranded with a broken car and a mountain of wasted time. Save yourself the grief! There are plenty of other auto parts suppliers out there. Do your sanity a favor and avoid Autodoc at all costs!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Autodoc. They sent me the wrong item and refused to admit their mistake until I spoke to five different representatives. It took a staggering 2.5 hours of my time, and they still insisted that I pay for their error. The representatives seemed completely incompetent, unable to understand simple answers, and had the memory span of a goldfish, forgetting what was discussed just 30 seconds ago. The pictures and descriptions on their website do not match the items you actually receive. Deliveries are consistently late, and they never offer an apology. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

You can order the right parts and you’ll get the wrong ones. AutoDoc will sell you parts that don’t fit, and when you send them back, they’ll send the exact same “wrong” parts back to you. Going on three laps. A mistake can happen, but not three times in the same order. 21 days later, and they still haven’t got it right.

Ordered Renault Kangoo 2006 brake parts that were in stock on 15.02. It took 4 days to assemble the order instead of the promised 1-2 days. Then the package stayed in the warehouse all week from Monday 19th morning to Friday 23rd evening without moving. Then it was supposedly given to the transport company (Chronopost) on the 23rd. According to Autodoc's delivery policy - it takes 5-7 working days to deliver your order. So the delivery due date was 26th. Since on 26th I still haven't received my order and on the Chronopost site it was saying "in preparation at the sender", I called Autodoc. They agreed - your package is late. The only solution they could offer is to wait another 7 days and then they will decide to resend the package or refund. They promised to contact the warehouse and ask for more information and told me that within 24 hours they would get back to me. They did not, so I called them on the 27th and got the same answer and they promised to get back to me with more information within 24h. Of course, they did not, so I called them on the 28th and got the same response and the same promise that they did not keep up with. So on the 29th, I decided to call Chronopost to ask if they had the package. They responded that the package is in preparation at the sender. I explained to Chronopost that Autodoc said that they had transmitted the package to Chronopost. Therefore Chronopost asked me to contact Autodoc once again and ask them to send to Chronopost "proof of deposit". So I did exactly that, I called Autodoc on the 29th at 11:00 and asked them to send Chronopost "proof of deposit" they agreed to do it and promised to get back to me by the end of the day. 15:00 I called Chronopost again to ask if they had received the information they needed. They had not. So I immediately called Autodoc again, and they said that they had contacted their warehouse and it takes 7 DAYS to get a response and I should just wait. The lady was rude enough to hang up on me. CONCLUSION: WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Do not use this company they are cheap for a reason sent me wrong wing mirror for my car trying to return it has been a nightmare they said they would send a courier twice i have waited twice they did not show up if you have disabilities they do not care the mirror they did send was cheap and nasty so beware
