Je suis toujours un peu surpris par les commentaires négatifs à l'égard d'Autodoc, car mon expérience personnelle dit tout le contraire. J'ai récemment commandé des plaquettes de frein tout a été livré à temps, sans le moindre accroc. Peut être que certains n'ont tout simplement pas eu de chance avec leur commande, mais de mon côté, tout s'est très bien passé

My Astra started making a humming noise from the back left at high speeds and it turned out to be the wheel bearing, since this model has different versions depending on the ABS sensors, getting the right one was tricky. I actually messed up the first time and had to contact support to return it, they exchanged it without any hassle and recommended an SKF kit instead. Received the new one with no issues at all everything works great now

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Autodoc IE. I ordered car floor mats after entering my car details on the website, which indicated that the product would fit my vehicle. After delivery, I discovered that the mats are for left-hand drive cars, while cars in Ireland are right-hand drive. There was no information on the product page stating left- or right-hand drive compatibility. When I contacted customer support, I was told: The mats cannot be checked for compatibility Return shipping is entirely at my own cost, even though the return cost is higher than the value of the mats The only compensation offered was a €10 voucher, which does not solve the problem I explained that selling accessories in Ireland without clearly stating left/right-hand drive compatibility is misleading, especially when the website confirms “fits your car” after entering vehicle details. Unfortunately, this feedback was not taken on board. Customer service was polite, but the resolution was very poor and left me out of pocket for an issue that could easily be avoided with better product descriptions. I would strongly recommend that Autodoc: Clearly state left-hand or right-hand drive compatibility for accessories Take more responsibility when website information leads to incorrect purchases At this stage, I’m unlikely to order again.

I ordered car parts from Autodoc and I want to note that the website support now works faster (THANK YOU for that) than it did two years ago when I placed my last order. This year, I had to arrange an exchange for a Volkswagen flywheel because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. The support team responded quickly, I didn’t have to wait long for an answer, they guided me through the process, and helped with the exchange without any unnecessary hassle. It’s nice to see the improvements.

I recently noticed some strange knocks on my Hyundai Elantra when driving on uneven roads. At first, I thought it was just a minor issue, but over time the sound got louder and more annoying. Eventually, it became clear that the problem was more serious at the service station, they said that one of the stabilizer bushings had broken and needed to be replaced. After that, I started looking for parts. I chose a stabilizer bushing from this online store, as I’ve bought from them before. The delivery was delayed, but everything arrived in the end.

J'ai vu quelques avis négatifs sur Autodoc, mais honnêtement, mon expérience a été positive. J'ai commandé des amortisseurs, et tout s'est bien passé. Je comprends que certaines personnes rencontrent des problèmes, mais si vous ne savez pas comment choisir la pièce pour votre voiture, il vaut mieux consulter un spécialiste.

my car is fiat tipo 1.4 t-jet and autodoc website recommended this part for my car and the dimensions are same as my car's air filter. i just realised that it doesn't fit my car because it's bigger. it doesn't match with the dimensions on the website. what's interesting is someone already complained about it and they did not correct the mistake. i tried to make a return but they don't accept it as it's more than 14 days old. air filter isn't something you change in every couple of weeks, therefore i didn't realised it didn't fit until i try to fit it. shame on you autodoc. to anyone who is seeing this, do not trust the dimensions, these people cannot hold a tape measure and read it correctly.

On November 26, I decided to replace the crankcase ventilation valve because the engine started to run a bit unevenly at idle, and the smell of oil under the hood suggested it was time to look into the issue. I ordered a new valve, received it on time, already installed everything, and the car runs fine again.

Je voudrais partager une expérience positive. Pour être honnête, je ne prévoyais aucun entretien, mais ma Hyundai i30 m’a elle-même fait comprendre que quelque chose n’allait pas. Lors d’un simple stationnement, j’ai entendu un craquement sec et désagréable en tournant le volant. Le bruit était trop caractéristique pour l’ignorer, alors j’ai décidé de vérifier. Après l’inspection, tout est devenu clair. Le roulement supérieur de la jambe de suspension avant était usé, la graisse avait disparu et il tournait avec difficulté. J’ai commandé une nouvelle pièce, qui est arrivée rapidement. Le roulement était propre, uniforme et tournait sans résistance.

I bought a part and it arrived defective. Now I'm being asked to return it at my own expense, which is unacceptable. The item should have been properly tested before shipping. I expect a full refund and compensation for the return shipping costs, as the product was faulty from the start.

J'ai commandé des pneus d'hiver le 25 septembre 2025 et j'ai reçu des pneus d'été. Le 19 novembre, j'ai donc commandé de nouveaux pneus d'hiver. Le statut de ma commande en ligne indiquait que les pneus avaient été livrés. Or, je ne les ai toujours pas reçus. Le 26 novembre 2025, j'ai contacté le service client par chat pour signaler le problème. On m'a répondu : « Pas de problème, nous allons régler ça sous 48 heures.» Aujourd'hui, toujours par chat, on m'a dit : « Malheureusement, nous ne savons pas ce qui se passe ; nous allons régler le problème sous 72 heures. » C'est inadmissible.

Ces derniers jours, j’ai remarqué que la voiture accélérait moins bien et qu’elle hésitait légèrement lorsque j’appuyais sur l’accélérateur. J’ai décidé de remplacer le filtre à carburant, car l’ancien n’avait pas été changé depuis longtemps. J’ai passé commande sur Autodoc, et le nouveau filtre est arrivé en bon état, sans aucun dommage. L’installation n’a pris que peu de temps, il suffisait surtout de le monter dans le bon sens du flux. Après le remplacement, la voiture a commencé à accélérer plus régulièrement, les petites pertes de puissance ont disparu et le moteur fonctionne de manière plus stable. Une procédure simple, mais l’amélioration s’est fait sentir immédiatement.

J'ai commandé des freins avant pour ma voiture chez AUTODOC, et le colis est arrivé un jour plus tôt, ce qui m'a agréablement surpris. Tout est en ordre, j'ai même déjà installé les pièces.

Hi all. I've got an old car with a difficult-to-source spare part. I found an ignition coil for my Opel though. It arrived quickly. I spent the weekend working on my car and had to repaint the bumper.
