Wrong Parts Galore! My order was a comical disaster. Imagine needing a new heart for your car, and Autodoc sends you a rusty bicycle pump!** After 2.5 hours on the phone (spread across 5 different representatives, mind you!), I still couldn't convince them it was THEIR mistake!
Prepare for a Marathon of Miscommunication! Talking to Autodoc's reps is like trying to explain astrophysics to a goldfish. They forget what you said faster than a toddler forgets their favorite toy.
Pictures? Descriptions? Lies! Forget using their website! The pictures are about as accurate as a Picasso self-portrait, and the descriptions are written in a language only a malfunctioning spam filter understands.
Need your parts yesterday? Autodoc delivers slower than a sloth on vacation! Don't expect apologies, either. They'll leave you stranded with a broken car and a mountain of wasted time.
Save yourself the grief! There are plenty of other auto parts suppliers out there. Do your sanity a favor and avoid Autodoc at all costs!”
“I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Autodoc. They sent me the wrong item and refused to admit their mistake until I spoke to five different representatives. It took a staggering 2.5 hours of my time, and they still insisted that I pay for their error. The representatives seemed completely incompetent, unable to understand simple answers, and had the memory span of a goldfish, forgetting what was discussed just 30 seconds ago. The pictures and descriptions on their website do not match the items you actually receive. Deliveries are consistently late, and they never offer an apology. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and sanity.”

AutoDoc will sell you parts that don’t fit, and when you send them back, they’ll send the exact same “wrong” parts back to you. Going on three laps. A mistake can happen, but not three times in the same order. 21 days later, and they still haven’t got it right.”
“Ordered Renault Kangoo 2006 brake parts that were in stock on 15.02.
It took 4 days to assemble the order instead of the promised 1-2 days.
Then the package stayed in the warehouse all week from Monday 19th morning to Friday 23rd evening without moving.
Then it was supposedly given to the transport company (Chronopost) on the 23rd.
According to Autodoc's delivery policy - it takes 5-7 working days to deliver your order. So the delivery due date was 26th.
Since on 26th I still haven't received my order and on the Chronopost site it was saying "in preparation at the sender", I called Autodoc. They agreed - your package is late. The only solution they could offer is to wait another 7 days and then they will decide to resend the package or refund. They promised to contact the warehouse and ask for more information and told me that within 24 hours they would get back to me. They did not, so I called them on the 27th and got the same answer and they promised to get back to me with more information within 24h. Of course, they did not, so I called them on the 28th and got the same response and the same promise that they did not keep up with. So on the 29th, I decided to call Chronopost to ask if they had the package. They responded that the package is in preparation at the sender. I explained to Chronopost that Autodoc said that they had transmitted the package to Chronopost. Therefore Chronopost asked me to contact Autodoc once again and ask them to send to Chronopost "proof of deposit". So I did exactly that, I called Autodoc on the 29th at 11:00 and asked them to send Chronopost "proof of deposit" they agreed to do it and promised to get back to me by the end of the day. 15:00 I called Chronopost again to ask if they had received the information they needed. They had not. So I immediately called Autodoc again, and they said that they had contacted their warehouse and it takes 7 DAYS to get a response and I should just wait. The lady was rude enough to hang up on me.
CONCLUSION: WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.”

Really a bad experience buy from them. On eBay was 75€ cheaper, but I bought from AUTODOC thinking a bigger company would do better!! Big mistake, spare take over three weeks to arrive!! Arrived factory damaged!! They don’t send to pickup I have to go the logistics centre and three days later the new one has not been despached,

Was highly recommend to this company, Downloaded the app opened an account Filled in my vehicle details. Ordered a small part using my vehicle details. Small Part (reverse switch) cost over €9 unfortunately so did the post. The part was incorrect, I could only tell this after fitting it as it looked identical. I have been in cont and they have flatly refused to refund me and but tried unbelievably to sell me another ???? Will never use again”
“IMPOSTORES. No compreis nada, es una perdida de dinero y tiempo. Te venden piezas compatibles que "NO" son compatibles, despues se lavan las manos diciendote que no es su problema. Patético servicio al cliente y por supuesto de venta en general.
Me envian la pieza, no es la correcta y despues me vuelven a enviar la misma pieza y te dicen que son sus clausulas, se equivocan ellos, pero es tu problema y tu pierdes el tiempo y el dinero. Scamers.
