“my car is fiat tipo 1.4 t-jet and autodoc website recommended this part for my car and the dimensions are same as my car's air filter. i just realised that it doesn't fit my car because it's bigger. it doesn't match with the dimensions on the website. what's interesting is someone already complained about it and they did not correct the mistake. i tried to make a return but they don't accept it as it's more than 14 days old. air filter isn't something you change in every couple of weeks, therefore i didn't realised it didn't fit until i try to fit it. shame on you autodoc. to anyone who is seeing this, do not trust the dimensions, these people cannot hold a tape measure and read it correctly.”

Le 26 novembre 2025, j'ai contacté le service client par chat pour signaler le problème. On m'a répondu : « Pas de problème, nous allons régler ça sous 48 heures.» Aujourd'hui, toujours par chat, on m'a dit : « Malheureusement, nous ne savons pas ce qui se passe ; nous allons régler le problème sous 72 heures. » C'est inadmissible.”

I ordered a lambda sensor for my car and faced only problems:
1. Wrong compatibility. The website clearly stated that the part was compatible with my car and engine, but in reality, it did not fit at all.
2. Complicated and expensive return. The item must be returned to Germany, not Poland. All shipping costs are covered by the customer, even if the mistake was on AUTODOC’s side. Return costs are very high.
3. Lack of proper support. The company refused to collect the package from a parcel locker located just 1 km from their warehouse. Every request to arrange courier pickup was answered with the same phrase: “we cannot help.”
The result: money wasted, terrible service, and zero respect for the customer.

“Ordered timing belt and service kit for my Nissan Qashqai . Took two weeks to deliver the belt tensioner was faulty and they supplied the wrong oil filter . I ended up paying twice for the labour to get the tensioner replaced . No help from autodoc as they are based in Germany and you Ai chat . Even had my review removed from trustpilot complaining it had promotional and advertising links .”
