“I’ve used the company for several years and only had to call them out twice. The service each time was good. The customer telephone renewal was efficient. I would be much happier if a discount price could be given for returning customers. I also appreciated the reminder text but didn’t want it 3 times! Having asked for my documents by post I’ve been sent them as an email attachment - hopefully they will arrive by post too as requested.”

I had been expecting an email or letter by post, as I was sure renewal of my roadside rescue policy must be due, but had heard nothing until Melissa's call. I liked her unrushed manner and the fact that she did not attempt any hard sell techniques, which I find a complete turnoff.”

“I was very pleased with the service given by Melissa but it shouldn't have been necessary for me to renew on the phone. Your e-mailed renewal advice should have given a DIRECT link to the renewal facility, not a direction to a separate site. We are not all IT wizards. I was carrying out the renewal on behalf of my wife, the policy holder. Melissa followed the industry protocol to the letter!”

“On-line renewal impossible until you know that you need your last year's "document number" without the first two digits. You can only find that out by phoning! The phone renewal service is excellent, pleasant and efficient operator who told me how to renew next year - with the appropriately truncated document number.”
