“I have been with Autonational since 1982 because they cover the car not just me which means that if someone else has to do something for me and the car breaks down, they and my car will not be abandoned at the road side....as happened with the AA! I have always had excellent service. They respond quickly and deliver me and my car where we need to be. On two occasions, out of garage opening times, we were taken home and the car was collected the next day and delivered to the garage. The Staff have always been friendly and helpful and very efficient. I am very happy with Autonational.”

“Been a member since well back in the old CSMA times and never had reason to be rescued, then my renewal as at 1/8/19 became due. My diction at the time was much below par, because of the effects of oral surgery and 6 weeks of radiotherapy, so I had to delay action to renew. Eventually, I phoned in on 19/8/19 and explained my problem - she immediately and with super care took me through setting up a new policy and it was all done and dusted in about 15 minutes. THREE CHEERS FOR NITA! Many thanks.”
