“I usually renew online as not keen on waiting for ages on the phone but had to add an additional vehicle this year. Anyway, it was all good, didn't have to wait at all and the assistant was excellent, knowledgeable and took payment with no issues. Confirmation email was received quickly afterwards with all documents included.”
