“It is a good option and good value. Their website is confusing - I went on to renew and then it takes you to the "join" page hence was totally confused as to if I had renewed or not - a page that says "welcome back - transaction complete" would make more sense.”

“Good, swift service on the phone. However letter of acknowledgement with documents came through minus the documents. Prior to the renewal of the policy, we did not receive notification of the quotation by post, perhaps not the fault of the company, but the postal system.”
