“Amy was helpful when renewing my policy by phone. I had e-mailed the company to question why the renewal price was different on the website when I tried to renew online compared to the quote given in the renewal reminder e-mail, but received no reply. I tried again to renew online but again the price was different thankfully I was able to renew by phone.”
