“I think the service they offer is good value for the money. I do however feel that payments should only be taken from a customer at the renewal date, ie money taken from your account, and not on the day you renew your policy with them. They then have x amount of money in their possession from every customer who renews days before the renewal date, which accrues interest, all in their favour”

“Only ever called out once some years ago with satisfactory result. Had trouble getting through by phone, so e mailed. Prompt reply. Appreciate many working from home but that cannot continue unless the customer service equals or betters that previously. You cannot get through to some services. However, my Stars are Samsung who came out three times at short notice to my washing machine at the height of the pandemic last year and persevered until the problem was solved.”

“I have only used you the once for my Vauxhall a few years ago,i remember I was not waiting long and the problem was sorted.I felt I could not give you a 5 as I have been fortunate in not needing you,fingers crossed ! “I wanted to renew on-line, but the figure was incorrect by £5. I emailed customer service who told me to call as there was a problem with the website. I did this and was asked to leave a message for someone to call me back. I waited nearly two hours and then rang again and spoke to Tina who was most helpful.”
