A thorough service that took the stress of organisation away from me. The repairs to my car were of a high standard.

Very poor service. I talked a week about my windshield, which was a small chip, after the accident it was all cracked and they said that it will not be replaced just by this chip What is absurd, they treat you as if it was your fault, and after a week I gave up. I'm afraid for the rest of the repairs, we'll see how it will be, but it does not look good, I do not recommend it to anyone. I do not know what the Admiral cooperates for and recommends Auxillis to help after an accident, as they really do not help anything but to make it better for them, the client is not important.

Gentelman asked me what vehicle I need, which I said multiple times I need LONG wheel base, gentelman said he highlighted it and it definitely will be long wheel base, as other companies couldnt arrange it. The vehicle arrived at my bodyshop, paperwork dropped in the office and vehicle ready for me to pick up. I came in and saw it was a smallest van you can get, volksvagen transporter, as it wasnt the van I need in order to make money (I work as a courier) I tried to call the company to swap it with the LONG wheel base which I requested multiple times on the phone, to make sure it will be a LONG wheelbase van. After 100 phone calls a day to a branch which NEVER PICKED UP (even with recorded voicemail with my reference number asking them to contact me back urgently), emails send to both of their emails hire(at)auxillis and Hayley.Lisle(at)auxillis, I received totally NOTHING, not even a word, not a phonecall.. After couple of days I received an email that they have collected the vehicle and WILL DEDUCT THE MONEY FROM the THIRD PARTY. Guys.. I DIDNT EVEN USE THAT VAN, you gonna charge someone for it? I had to use different van from different company and I will charge the third party for it, NOT YOU. So dont even dare asking them for ANYTHING before you contact me and speak to me DIRECTLY. For now I will make sure I will get someone from your company contacting me and explaining why I couldn't get hold of you, why you provided such a terrible service and how you going to resolve this. Im looking forward to FINALLY getting any form of contact from you, of course if you even have someone who can call me or write email, because as for now, I doubt that.

Highly recommended auxillis, my hire car was delivered to me quickly with half tank of petrol. Excellent condition inside and out with a nice smelling air freshener the car had been cleaned thoroughly. I definitely would recommend Auxillis every time Very professional through out my Claim

I was referred to Auxillis by my insurance company due to 3rd party damage to my vehicle, hire car was delivered within a couple of days, clean and similar model to my own. All staff who I came into contact with where helpful. Unfortunately my car was eventually written off the hire car was collected as soon as my insurers confirmed settlement, sadly I am still waiting on my gap insurers and have now been without a vehicle for a number of weeks, very inconvenient.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Auxillis from start to end. Not being very good at doing business via email they guided me through the process. Every stage they were helpful from hiring of a car to collection of my car, delivery of hire car and the return of my repaired car exceptionally clean. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The best insurance I've had.

Referred to from my insurance company as third party was at fault, communication excellent informed of progress regularly, car fix in short time with no hassle or stress, very pleased with work carried out. Would highly recommend.

I was directed to Auxillis by my insurance company as I was the party that wasn't at fault. At first I was dubious and when they mentioned credit agreement I wasn't 100% sure. But everything from start to finish was so easy, would definitely use again if the opportunity arose and recommend!

Following a no fault claim I was directed to Auxillis, the lady who took my call was very helpful and from that point on it was a stress free experience. A hire car was delivered to me the next day and my car was collected the day after. My car was then returned a few weeks later fully repaired, I honestly can't fault the service.

The Auxillis staff were very helpful and the whole process, including car hire while mine was in for repair, went very smoothly. I was very pleased with the standard of work that was carried out.

Excellent service they kept me updated every step of the way , even after they repaired my car there after care was just as good when I had a small problem with a light showing up on my dash they sorted it straight away and offered me another car for the day while mine was in for a couple of hours

After having a non fault accident, my insurance company put in touch with Auxillis, and I'm so glad they did. From start to finish, they did everything for me. They were extremely efficient and professional. I didn't have to do a thing. My car was collected and bought back to me fully repaired and valeted, within less than a week. Whilest my car was being repaired, I was given a courtesy car to use and that was delivered and collected in the same professional manner. The staff were always friendly and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this company.
