“telephone calls dont get answered, messages left dont get returned. if ever any of my clients ever need a hire car in the future it will never be from you. Lenny being arsee on the phone to me is not good for customer relations.”

“I have had call after call after call stating my courtesy car is to be collected. The staff are so rude and have no bedside manor in any shape of form. They couldn’t wait for me to agree to use their service and i wish i hadn’t I will be advising my insurance of my experience using this company. I have asked them to collect my hire vehicle immediately and have hired a replacement car from another company. Your staff are doing you no favours. Please can a member of management contact me as soon as possible as i am so unhappy.”

“All went smoothly with repair and courtesy car apart from courtesy car looking pretty grubby inside. It was only 6 months old but didnt look well cared for and I cleaned it with wipes before I sat in it. In these Covid days that was a little off putting. Also had to justify why I should have a car of similar quality to mine. Otherwise fine.”

“We were unfortunate to have a truck run into the back if our new Audi Q5. Auxilis definitely helped loosen the blow by providing us with a same standard vehicle until our car was mended. Highly recommended if you are as unfortunate as we were... “be safe and take care””
