We were unfortunate to have a truck run into the back if our new Audi Q5. Auxilis definitely helped loosen the blow by providing us with a same standard vehicle until our car was mended. Highly recommended if you are as unfortunate as we were... “be safe and take care”

It was my husband who was driving my car at the time when a female driver drove into him, but Auxillis provided an excellent Service and he was able to have the use of a Courtesy car whilst the car was being repaired, which he depends on for commuting to his work and for shopping. Staff were helpful and polite and things were sorted out quickly.

It was very easy for me to have my car fixed due to having pain-free, easy access to a courtesy car. The car was clean and in good condition and it was delivered right to my door 10 minutes after my car was picked up by the garage. The process to return it was also very straight forward. I definitely recommend Auxillis

Although the covid crisis affect the repair process but I am Very satisfied with their service, my car was involved in an accident but they got it sorted , staff at derby branch are all professional.

My car was involved in a accident which was not my fault. This company said my car was a right off so I would receive the value of my car. After numerous phones calls from myself to them asking when they are going to settle my claim they just say they will refer it to the total loss department and phone me back. None of which have been returned. Still waiting for my settlement after three months.

Good service provided updated regularly through the process took away any stress of having to deal with it myself. The repairs to longer than usual due to the COVID 19 lockdown which was beyond Auxillis control. The period for the hire car that I was provided ( which was equal to my own vehicle) was extended to cater for this and I was updated accordingly even under the difficult circumstances.

Received a car in response to an accident. Although the car was received quickly Transporter was very unprofessional and rude. If I had a choice I wouldn’t use this service again. Another review will be given once car is returned

From last one week i phoned them four times that take back your hire car but they are ignoring. I have no extra space and if any one damage the car it will be another big issue for me.

I was hit from behind in my car and Sainsbury's insurance put me through to Auxillis. A hire car came very quickly but in the 10 days since my accident I have heard nothing even though my car has been written off. I phoned them only to be told its no longer anything to do with them and to ring my insurance company who Auxillis had not even informed them the car had been written off.
