“The Avantwood customer service is terrible. I needed to cancel an item because my dad had already bought the same gift for my mom for Christmas. So I needed to try to cancel it before they shipped it out. However, the ONLY way to cancel an order is to email their support system and they claim they will get back to you within 24 hours. After that 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee. I've emailed them each day and It's been about 4 days and I still have heard nothing! So they basically took my money that I never needed to spend. They need to create a cancel option online instead of trying to rely on them to respond to you. I'm very disappointed with this company. They are thieves. So if you decide to buy from this company just pray you don't make a mistake I guess.”
We normally reply to all our emails with in 24 hours. However due to the holidays rush we were a bit backed up. We apologized for the delay and fully refunded the customer as requested with no cancelation fees. We truly care for all our customers and want to ensure that they are 100% satisfied with our product and service. We also kindly asked if the customer would revise the review after the issue had been resolved but never heard back from them.

It’s really a beautiful watch and he says it’s the most comfortable watch he owns which I found surprising. I was worried the watch face would be too big for him since he usually goes for watches that are a bit smaller, but it’s not at all too big and looks great on. He also said it very easy to put on.”
