“Sound quality is really good. My reason for purchasing the mixer unit was to avoid the delay experience with zoom participants while teaching rhythm, music and choreagraphed classes but there is still a slight delay. I will be calling for further help to hopefully alleviate the delay issue. D”

“I didn’t realize that I was spending $200 on just the mic and not the receiver as well. Then I looked at getting the receiver separately after it came in the mail and I realized I couldn’t use just the mic. It was $70. The whole set with everything was $300. What extra do you get for $30 than if you bought it separately. Also, there should be a better description!! I had no idea I was just receiving a mic alone....”

“Life savers! I was able to talk to someone via chat instantly while searching the site. I told them what I wanted to do, and they recommended different options. Everything is different teaching virtually. AV Now Fitness Sound got my equipment to me quickly with step by step setup instructions and my online classes have amazing sound quality now! Take that zoom!!! No more lag, great mic volume, great music sound. It’s everything I needed!”

“I have been trying to get my system to work with zoom for 5 months. I’ve spoken with 3 other companies that had no idea what to suggest for me and had me buy equipment that didn’t work for what I needed. “I purchased a Mixer ( MM8USBFX Mixer) so that I can teach Fitness Classes through Zoom. AV Now was recommended in a Youtube video because of their excellent technical support. I agree! I received excellent help with selecting the equipment and they patiently guided me through the steps. It took 3 calls to get it right but I'm a beginner and they were incredibly helpful. I love the Mixer and my class appreciates it too!”

“Av Now is amazing! It was so easy to find what I needed. The sales person knew exactly what I needed. Then once it arrived and I tried setting it up on my own (I bought a mixer with USB into my computer and into Zoom) I was stumped. So I called AV Now tech support and within 5 minutes the technician fixed everything. He was very knowledgable and kind. I am completely satisfied on all levels and am very impressed with your customer support.”

“What can I say...when I first called AV Now, John told me to take a deep breath and tell him exactly what I was trying to do and what equipment I already owned. From there I was well on my way to realizing my goal of quality Zoom sound, with a great balance of voice and music for my chair yoga and yoga classes. John has gone above and beyond in helping me after the package arrived by instructing me step by step on how to set up the cables correctly with the new mixer. I had so much confidence in AV Now that I took the plunge and bought a top quality microphone system and new speaker. John again helped me get everything working and even took my "emergency set up" call when I was on vacation trying to get everything to work for a class.
