“Have not received my order & I was just informed that it is on back order from the middle of June to sometime in September”

“I placed my order on 5/18 for a new mic. I chose standard shipping, because the site said it would arrive in 1-5 business days. I hadn't received any additional communication and when the package still hadn't arrived, I called customer service on 5/28. I was told the mic was on back order, but coincidentally, you all had just decided you would fix it by taking a mic out of a full set and send it that way. I now have to wait another 3-5, after the you all actually fulfill the order, whenever that might be. Just wonder how long I would have had to wait if I hadn't called! Disappointed!”

“I'm pleased with the product, because I have used the same headset before. But I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service, specifically shipping. I ordered a new headset (I am a GX instructor and we provide our own, my puppy chewed thru mine so I needed one ASAP.) I ordered on a Monday morning and the order said 3-5 days shipping. I did receive an order confirmation email that said I would receive a 2nd email when shipped. That never came. On Friday I sent an email to sales support asking about the shipping and it was not until then that they created a shipping label to send it out - I am able to track it so I know exactly the moment it was created and when I should be receiving my item. So, needless to say, I will not be receiving my item in 3-5 days like the website promised. So beware if you need something quickly, you may not get it in the time promised.”

“The company offers great products but client services is poor in general. Ordered two separate items. One of them was not available for immediate shipment, had to wait a week. No one reached out to let me know that the product is out of stock. I had to call in to find out why my order has not been shipped yet. Once my 2nd item became available, both items were shipped at the same time. I received my package within 2 weeks.”

“AV Fitness has top notch speakers. However, there is no quality control. I ordered a speaker which was supposed to come with a specialized chord to plug in my portable sound such as walkman, Ipod, Iphone, etc. The speaker arrived, but the chord did not. I had to purchase one out of pocket. I bought the speaker on a Tuesday. The speaker arrived on Friday which was great. But useless in that I could not even test out the sound without the chord. I needed it by the following monday morning for my group ex class (yesterday). The chord was shipped regular mail and still has not arrived. Tracking shows it due to arrive on thursday (two days from now) If I had not gone out an bought my own chord this speaker would have been useless to me. Quality control failed. Customer service was friendly however, no one offered to discount my speaker minus the extra chord I purchased nor did they offer to reimburse me. Re-thinking whether my next speaker will be purchased from AV Now. The agent I spoke to seemed to think the chord would arrive by today via usps mail coming from California to Illinois. He did mention sending it overnight air, but complained it would cost THEM too much money. Had he done that, I would have had the chord yesterday. I guess they'd rather inconvenience me than make things right on their end.”

Hello, We see the issue here. The sale is set up like this "Buy 2 get 1 FREE deal! The discount will be automatically applied in your cart when 3 items are added, so no need for a promo code!" So, if only two were added to the cart, the system didn't automatically add a third pack. Easy fix: we'll send out a third one free of cost with free shipping. Hopefully, that works for you. “I was hoping to use this mic to teach Jazzercise group fitness classes. I liked that is was light weight and portable. I used it for the 1st time this week. I taught class two times. However, there is no volume. The participants cannot hear me over the music. So very disappointed. Hoping that it can be returned.”
