“I didn’t realize that I was spending $200 on just the mic and not the receiver as well. Then I looked at getting the receiver separately after it came in the mail and I realized I couldn’t use just the mic. It was $70. The whole set with everything was $300. What extra do you get for $30 than if you bought it separately. Also, there should be a better description!! I had no idea I was just receiving a mic alone....”

“I have used the Airline 77 system for years. My headset got a short so I had to order a whole new system. It was delivered very quickly. So excited to have a new system that will stay on my head. Very disappointed that the one switch is hid inside the battery compartment. It is hard to know when it is on or off. There is no light to indicate. I find I have to tap it to see if it is off or I. When I have a substitute they won’t be able to figure it out. After two days of use I have already had to change batteries. It’s making me bummed about the whole system.”

“My experience was somewhat frustrating, in that I had to wait about 7 weeks because the item ordered was on back order from the manufacturer. When finally delivered, you had sent the wrong part and it had to be returned. That said, the return was handled very quickly and easily and the correct part was delivered promptly. In the end, things turned our OK.”

“I purchased the Challenger portable sound system. One day the sound became very low and I could not figure out why. I called the AV sound support and they told me that the "speaker blew out" and advised to take to the local sound system store or to ship to the supplier. I called AV sound again and just spoke with the AV sound representative about how to ship it to the supplier and explained what was going on. He advised to check if the "voice over" button was accidentally turned on. And it was!!! I turned it off and my speaker was fixed!!! It made me happy!!!”
