“Unless abosolutely neccessary I will not use this company again! Paid extra for 3 day service, my calculation and theirs were a bit different. Didn't get the product in my estimate within three 3 days, didn't get a refund because AV said I got it when I was suppose to. I know thre customer it's not always right, but in this case I think it should have gone my way. Anyway, they've now lost a customer!”

“I ordered temple pad covers for my microphone headset back in March, and never received them. I called and spoke with someone and they supposedly resent another... and I am still waiting to receive those. I continue to check shipping updates and nothing, its been a few weeks more because we are now in mid April. I am very disappointed because I have not had problems with this company before and don't understand what the underlying issue is.”

Hi Amber, Unfortunately, it looks like there are two different USPS errors here. On your original order, they say they delivered it on March 24, 2018 at 12:13 pm. Since you contacted us and let us know that that was not the case, we sent a duplicate order free of charge on March 29th. USPS seems to have completely lost that one, as the last scan was on March 29, 2018, 9:34 pm. That is really frustrating, and we apologize on behalf of USPS. Our customer service department has just contacted you privately to set up a third shipment (probably not with USPS this time!). Thank you for your patience.

“Bought a Samson concert 88 system with an aeromic. Had it just over a month and the transmitter was going and cutting out the sound. In 30 years of teaching this has never happened! AV had me contact and work with Samson. It's been over 2 weeks since they've had my mic and after contacting them this week, I've heard nothing from them! I teach 6 days a week and need my mic back now! AV SHOULD HAVE SENT ME A REPLACEMENT ASAP SINCE THE MIC WAS JUST OVER A MONTH OLD!!! I've ordered mics over the years from AV. This is terrible. Don't think I'll ever order again or refer AV as I have over the years.”

Anna, we do apologize for the delay at Samson. Our standard procedure is to advance replace any item within 30 days. Outside of 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty service procedure would apply. Our service department will be in touch with you today to assist with expediting the process and getting you up and running as soon as possible.
