“Sound quality is really good. My reason for purchasing the mixer unit was to avoid the delay experience with zoom participants while teaching rhythm, music and choreagraphed classes but there is still a slight delay. I will be calling for further help to hopefully alleviate the delay issue. D”

“While this appears to be a well made product it did not meet my needs, also the belt clip was completely unwieldy and the headset difficult to adjust. For some people it may be the best, but I returned mine.”

“I had to call to make sure I was ordering the correct equipment. All my questions were answered. Unfortunately, there were 2 mistakes with the order I received but it was handled well on the phone and replacement items were received promptly.”

“This is my third purchase from AV Now. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase is on back order, but I should receive the item in time for the new year. They have always been very helpful when I have had questions or issues with my microphone headsets and receivers. This is why I have come back for my sound system needs.”

“The E-mic wireless headset I purchased arrived earlier than estimated and was packaged appropriately. It was purchased to be compatible with an Audio-Technica system which is an entry level mic system. The E-mic gives me superior sound quality, and is more comfortable, attractive and secure than the original AT headset that comes with the system. The price however is more than double. That financial sting was amplified when I discovered that although the connector of this particular headset can be specified to fit various brands, there was a $15 upcharge if you selected Audio-Technica. That was enough to take my satisfaction level down a star.”

“I’ve used the wireless headset three times already. It works fine. But I have not had much luck with the brand. It lasts about 4 months and then stops working. A true review will happen when...if...I need to send it back for repair. I sure do hope this headset lasts a couple of years.”

“Always helpful. Great product. Only suggestion is have online videos on how to set up the product you're buying. Had problem with the mic right off the bat I'm sure due to the way I set it up. Unfortunately you were closed when it happened so could not call.”
