“This was my first purchase. I called, Left a message and received a call back soon after. He was super helpful. When I received my mic it didn't have a cable. I called, again the gentleman was very helpful. I had the cable the next day.”

“The guys were so helpful - I ended up not being able to get the camera functioning for my purpose, and have returned it. Hope to have refund soon, because the better product for me is the sound mixer, so when refund shows, will take that next step!”

“I am so grateful for AV Now!! I have never had a bad experience with your company. Your customer service team is amazing. With the current times, I was forced to set-up a virtual dance class and struggled with the audio. With my new mic and mixer, all is good! “My audio system rocks! I purchased the Behrenger Q802USB mixer & the Samson MediaOneBT3 speaker package. I'm using my Samson Airline 88 mic. Brad & John at AV Now were amazing in helping me get the system up and running. Once I did a few audio checks and got all my levels balanced, the sound was excellent. My virtual participants are thrilled. They feel like they're in the gym.”

I contacted AVNow asking for recommendations on equipment to use while teaching virtually, that I could continue to use after things returned to 'normal'.
