“Great service, very efficient delivery and a really helpful driver. The products arrived in good condition with accurate paperwork. I knew I was buying a basic product, it was what I could afford, so I will describe the product as basic, but plenty good enough. I am pleased as punch with the product. A word of caution, the difference between the windows top frame binding on the sliding door, and being so loose the door suddenly drops out, is millimetres. I think there needs to be an emphasis in the excellent fitting instruction on this point. One of those windows dropping out is very dangerous. Perhaps a ‘T’ shaped top slider? So that if the top frame is screwed too tight the sliding door still cannot drop out? Do not be put off by this point, any competent fitter will leave a safe, good product. This budget product, however, will attract the diy customer, there is my concern.”
“I was impressed with the customer support as there were a few questions I had before ordering the patio doors. They provided a delivery date and stuck to it. I fitted the Patio doors over the weekend and they were relatively easy to fit, look good, and work well. I did order the fitting kit which was worthwhile doing, as this came with the spacers and concrete bolts. The only small issue was kirbside delivery, as this was sent to my daughters house, who then had to find a neighbour to help her get the class and frame indoors. I appreciate this is the industry norm. So I would definitely recommend them as a supplier”
