“Have so far had maternity shoot & newborn baby shoot with Caroline @ the Cheshire studio and cannot praise her highly enough! We have been made to feel so at ease, as a couple who usually struggle in front of a camera, at no point have felt awkward.
Caroline was amazing with our little boy, keeping him calm and also teaching us new parents some tricks to keep him happy which is always a bonus. She allowed us to sit back & relax while she got to work putting him in gorgeous outfits & poses. When he cried she made sure he was fully settled prior to carrying on. His well being was always priority.
We are so excited to see the photos and also continue with the 6 months & birthday cake smash shoots later in the year.”

“The biggest scammers! They lure you in with what seems like a great deal and take a £45 "refundable" deposit. Once you're there, you're pressured throughout the session and made to feel that if you don't buy anything, you won't receive any photos. Then, when you choose the pictures you like, you're told they're all part of the "signature" range, making them much more expensive than expected.
The whole experience felt misleading and emotionally manipulative, especially when families are involved. I would strongly advise others to read the terms carefully and think twice before booking.”

“Attended Coventry studio for some photo shoots for our daughter. Photographers were great and the only reason I’ve given them 3 stars and not 1. The manager was awful - her attitude was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes and sighed when we didn’t buy more photos than the standard ones. I had asked for a spring theme and was given Easter which is not what we wanted, when we viewed the photos I said the background was too busy and she said ‘well that’s what you asked for’ which was absolutely untrue if she’d documented my original ask. We also asked to use a Teddy in the shoot and it didn’t appear in any of the Final Cut. Not a great experience overall from the manager of the Coventry studios. Photographers were fab though and really good with our newborn.”
