“Attended Coventry studio for some photo shoots for our daughter. Photographers were great and the only reason I’ve given them 3 stars and not 1. The manager was awful - her attitude was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes and sighed when we didn’t buy more photos than the standard ones. I had asked for a spring theme and was given Easter which is not what we wanted, when we viewed the photos I said the background was too busy and she said ‘well that’s what you asked for’ which was absolutely untrue if she’d documented my original ask. We also asked to use a Teddy in the shoot and it didn’t appear in any of the Final Cut. Not a great experience overall from the manager of the Coventry studios. Photographers were fab though and really good with our newborn.”
“Incredibly expensive for what you get. We paid nearly £500 and received 17 digital images. The photographer had an attitude when I required more family picture than newborn ones as this is what I told the assistant that we wanted before we got there and he was surprised and quite rude. It was a disappointing experience and I felt like the whole marketing strategy is quite pushy and somewhat deceiving. Wouldn’t go back to them”
