“There is a seam on the onside which I have not xome across with other back on track products. As I am using this post surgery I do not want uneven pressure”

“The reason for 3 stars is the velcro on the hock brace. There is no need for it to go all the way around the brace since you could never close it that far. Because of the exposed velcro, it is sticking to the rug which not only pulled the fiber from the rug but is stuck in the velcro. I spend time pulling the fibers out of the velcro and coming up with a sort of solution by attaching sticky tape to the exposed part. Impossible to know if the Welltex actually does more than another brace. Wish my dog could tell me how he feels but he can't :-). Also disappointed to find that the product is made in China.”

“I got this mesh cooler last month and used it twice in the barn stall and it ripped on the seam of the straps. I can sew it but i am a bit dissappointed in the wearability.”

“I bought 3 dressage saddle pads. I’m very happy with the pad itself; however, the front Velcro straps make it impossible to secure to saddle as the velcro where you fasten seems too short or put at the wrong place. Therefore, the pad slides back. It is very annoying. For the price of these pads, (and I now have 3 of them) they need to change the the front Velcro to better secure to the saddle.”

Thank you for your input - we appreciate you taking time to let us know about this issue. Our pad straps are designed to fit most saddles. Unfortunately, there is such a vast variety of saddle styles, and we attempt to do our very best to fit every brand of saddle, but we sometimes fall short.

“This coat warms up my dog's body, especially his fragile back hips, and works really well at keeping him from getting sore while exercising. I'm very pleased with it. Unfortunately, I've tried two different sizes, and still can't get the fit right. The coat slides down his neck and chest and then hangs too far over his butt, so he can't poop without me running in to adjust things. Even around the house, he seems a little uncomfortable in the coat, tending not to sit in his bed or lay on his side while wearing it. I wish there were a way to keep it in place better.”
