“The saddle pads are great! I have several versions in dressage & all purpose. My horses love them! I got the lightweight puffer jacket. The 2 way zipper (a must have) is lower quality than I would expect. It’s very hard to get it started so this is where the 4 stars came from. They really should be using YKK zippers. I also have the arthritis gloves size XS. I wish they had a XXS true size 6. But I do feel they help even though they aren’t snug. Only had for a week so will see.”

“I tried the Maddox Western saddle pad with a sheet underneath it the first day and it seemed to be comfortable for me and my horse. The next day I used it without the sheet. So far so good. My only issue is I would very much like to have a contact number to discuss my purchase of a mesh sheet for my horse for the winter. We have mild winters, usually not colder than low 30s.. sometimes we will have a cold Snapp. I would like to discuss the size, and using the sheet just as a blanket for the winter. I have no way to call and discuss this. these items were recommended by my Animal chiropractor.”

“The Back on Track socks are great but there is too much fabric on the outside toes. I have to fold the side up to stop walking on a sock fold.”

“It's early yet, I've only worn these one day. I have the wrist brace, lower leg brace, and polo shirt. Both braces offer firm support and are comfortable. The shirt is great. It's cut to fit without bulk and stays tucked in. For all 3 items, I cannot speak to the therapeutic benefits yet. Everyday is pain, so if one day is slightly less pain it's hard to say exactly what helped. I was hesitant to wear heat reflective items on a summer day. But they seem to breathe well. I intend to buy more of the same products, so I can wear some while others are being laundered. Then I'll know more about the long term affects of repetitive wear.”

“Originally, the shipping date was March 4, 2025 and then later we got one that said it was May 8, 2025. It would have been nice to let us know there was a new shipping date. I was purching one for a friend who is having neck pain to see if it would help her. I have been wearing one for many years and was buying a new one for myself. I can tell if I don't wear it for several days, so I know it is helping My theapist told to remember heat is your friend.”

“Purchased your Back on Track cob size horse halter. It fits my mare very nicely. It would be nice if they came with a break a way piece build into the halter so I did not have to buy and install one. Love the color and padding on the halter.”

“I like the new style of back band ok (but I should have ordered the small size). It’s a bit tall for my frame but it works. I, however, really liked the older model with the two side pieces that snugged it in to my back. And more supportive. But, I misplaced that one, darn, and substituted this one. I live all is my Back On Track items and have had a few for many years with no loss of effectiveness. Thank you!”

“I have used the back on track saddle pad and sports medicine boots; however, the product I love is the mesh dog coat. It is one of the tools that helped my beagle though intervertebral disc disease. The coats also are my boxers magic calm down coat. I put the coat on and my boxer goes from pacing the room to laying down sleeping in a few minutes. My family has gone as far as to say the dog is not allowed in their house without his magic coat on.”
