“I ordered and received 3 jackets. 2 of the 3 Jackets I received were perfect. The 3rd (the 1 with the hood) has a flaw. It was cut too small around the neck and rides up my neckline. Very irritating. I reached out to Back on Track and have not received a response. That is sad. I also purchased 2 sets of socks. My husband really likes them. Still hoping to resolve the issue with the jacket.”

“Great product and great customer service. Would be a five star review other than the issues I have with sizing my dog (JRT) for a blanket. I purchased the mesh dog jacket?first a 34 cm and then a 37 cm. One was too small and the next size up was significantly big ? too big for the added 3 cm in length. (Their beautiful ?evening out? coat/jacket does not come in a size that fits him either ? either a 30 cm or 40 cm choice.) I love these products, I just wish they were easier to fit. That said, best return policy in the business world. Very accommodating and worth the repeat mention, fantastic customer service.”

“The Bark Dog Coat is awesome for our standard poodle. However, figuring out the sizing was a bit of work. As such the coat needed to be exchanged for a smaller size which wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the exchange policy which was off putting since it was all over the place with its 'return it no keep it' wording which didn't matter in the end because it had to be returned. This didn't feel good. The experience felt like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football while Lucy promises she'll hold the ball and then doesn't. Rather than trying to make your policy sound nice it would be better to just say return it then if you decide a customer could keep it, then tell them. Don't make a confusing policy.”

“I am happy to receive my shipment promptly and very much like the product. My only complaint is that I haven't ever received an acknowledgement of my order or notice of shipment (not really necessary). Yes, I've looked in the Junk Mail.”

“Fast shipping, accurate orders, quality products. Sizing guides definitely need improvement. For example, sizing for wrist covers/gaiters listed as "small/medium/large" isn't helpful - why not glove size or wrist measurement? Sizing differs between articles: I wear XL in the t shirts but M in zip-up sweaters. I always feel like I'm guessing blindly at size to order.”
