"The kit is great, well packed organized and self-explanatory. The Instructions book provided is clear and well-written, this increased our level of confidence in the entire assembly process and outcome. The customer service is outstanding, you can cold call the support team or schedule a support call at your convenience. Email communication is speedy and detailed. Bryan and Rob were doing a wonderful job understanding the challenges we had and providing creative solutions.\r\n\r\n\r\nFew things to consider as opportunities to improve. We had to order longer cable slings since the anchor we were using was too wide, this caused a few days delay until we got a longer cable sling. If this can be prompted as part of the ordering process as a question, it will save both the company and customer time and money. \r\n\r\nOverall, super satisfied, we are already planning our 2nd zip line with Backyardziplines"

"Enter cable kit was well-packaged and went up without a problem. The 5\/16 cable does have a good pit of weight, so a come-along is helpful, although in my case I just used a tractor to pull the cable tight enough to start with and then finished up with the turnbuckles. Kids love it, especially when we put their disc swing on it so both could ride at the same time!"

"First time purchase and very happy with the service and quality. Ordered on a Monday and received the cables (for my little suspension bridge) on Wednesday, just as I ordered them.
