“I submitted the below review out of frustration at not receiving a response. I eventually did speak with a CS rep. and learned that the photo on their website was very dated, and never actually depicted the seat they sell. They offered me a full refund.
I did not receive the "Zippy Seat" that you represented on your website. The seat I received does not have an important safety feature, a raised back.
I have sent two emails to you indicating this, and requesting an immediate replacement, but have not received any response.
I purchased your zipline last year and was pleased with both the product and the support I received. However, I am now wondering if my initial impression was wrong.”

Checked credit card today and yes $1,000 taken. Tried to check my order on web site and it said there was no order for my e mail address. Only proof I had was (luckily) I tooma screen shot of my order.
Then today (7 days later) my order arrives?!
I did get an e mail howere asking me to rate the company. So I obviously entered my e mail address correctly.”
