“Poor customer support! I'm a previous customer and can attest to the quality of their products. I just ordered a new zip line for our new home. The order was processed...they sent me a message saying it had shipped, then another message saying my full purchase was refunded with no explanation. I e-mailed customer service to figure out what's going on and as of today still have no response. So...first it's good...then it's shipped...then it's refunded (sounds like cancelled) then silence. Feels like nobody is manning the lines. I really expected more.”

But because I checked out as a guest and did not receive an email order confirmation, I have no way to keep track of what’s happening with my order and why it’s late.”
“I was not able to order three 30' lengths of cable, cart kept updating the total length when i added additional length to the cart. In order to not have 90' sent in one length, i had to order in 3 sets of 30' and was charged $18 in shipping each time.”
