“I would give this a negative rating if this was an option. We ordered 5 X banners and 2 customized vinyl banners. The 5 X banners arrived, and they were beautiful. The 2 vinyl banners are where things went off the rails. They never arrived. When contacting the company, I was told that they were lost in transit and that I could get a refund or request a reprint. Obviously, I requested a reprint because I actually NEEDED the banners. No prompt response to my reply to THEIR email. So, I called and spoke with a representative. She claimed the banners were going to be reprinted and sent to me and should arrive by the following Tuesday. I am now a week past this date and still no banners. Calling is useless, they do not answer the phone. I must have gotten lucky to get the one representative. Emailing is interesting. They offer to have your item reprinted or refunded and if you say reprinted you do not get an actual response just one that says your ticket has been closed and if this is incorrect you must reply again. I went down this rabbit hole twice and finally said I want a refund. I have NEVER experienced such incompetence in customer service. NEVER. It is unreal. It really is a shame because the items we did receive we were pleased with and would have loved to have given this company all of our future business based on that. But this fiasco completely destroyed any trust we would ever have in the professionalism of this company.”
