“I ordered a step and repeat 8 by 8 foot banner. I used the template on your site. It was of very little help. I had to cut and paste the logo over and over again trying (by eye) to get them properly spaced. Surely, there could be a way for a customer to upload ONE logo and have your template automatically place it everywhere where it needs to be on the banner.”

“I ordered this thinking everything was on its way. When it was 4 days late I went to check on the order. There was a message to view my proof. I feel that I should have been contacted if there was a problem with the order. Now it’s going to be late.”

“the first time i tried to check out it took my promo off but only charged me $8.00 for shipping. i left the site and came back in and the promo worked but the shipping charge was $19. so the shipping rate doubled in less than 3 minutes?”
