“as a new business owner, i was excited about purchasing a new banner. i worked with an art designer at bannersonthecheap.com, and we finalized the product. when I received the product in the mail, they forgot the contact information. unbothered because I figured mistakes happen; when i contacted the to correct the error, they gave me a hard time as if i were to blame. instead of making sure the customer is satisfied as this would impact future sales, they proceeded to try to give me a partial refund. i will not use this service ever again. customer service was marginal at best.”

“The new website sucks, you cannot stretch text. I was given link to old and in the past then you transferred stuff however when I called this time told could not be done. So they exported my images for my 4 banners and while two would import into the new site, 2 would not (and nothing wrong with pdf, it just chopped off). I contacted and was not given any help. So I had to place on old website and now will need to argue to get my 55% off (instead of 35%). What a hassle. If you didn't make good products I would find another company.”

“Got an email that my original order had some technical issue with my source file. So you made me re-order rather that just email me and ask for another copy of the source file, wasting many days on my order.”

“I tried 3 times today to get through to someone to go over the design to make sure it was laying out correctly before I purchased. finally got through to someone and then that person put me back on hold to get through to the graphics team. Never got a phone call back.”
