“Your system overwrote my self-entered shipping address and after spending more than an hour trying to resolve it, I was forced to create a new order.”

“Banner arrived after my important event. When an order is held up they email and then do not take action. I had to call to get order processed which apparently changed deli ery date. I was not kept in the loop in a timely manner. Order with plenty of days ahead of an important date.”

“I placed an order and before I could make payment I got interrupted and closed the browser I went to order it again a few minutes later and the shipping went from $12.52 to $14.95 WHY? I attempted to get an answer from customer service, and they basically refused to answer that question. It feels very dishonest and deceptive, and I would really like someone that knows what they are doing to explain this. I have screen shots of both transactions, so I have the proof anyone at this company concerned with this please contact me 61desertrose@gmail.com Otherwise. I will see where I can write a review of this shady practice that Banners on the cheap participates in”

“I ordered a step and repeat 8 by 8 foot banner. I used the template on your site. It was of very little help. I had to cut and paste the logo over and over again trying (by eye) to get them properly spaced. Surely, there could be a way for a customer to upload ONE logo and have your template automatically place it everywhere where it needs to be on the banner.”
