“i do not want grommets and am told i HAVE to have them”

“In the past I have worked with Banners on the Cheap. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 5 years designing banners. This past fall I moved from vinyl banners to cloth banners. The banners came through with grommets. The grommets made hanging them difficult in our environment. I called and a representative told me you can only get this product WITH grommets. I do not understand! Grommets have to be PUT on the product. WHY can we NOT get this product without grommets? Some sort of explanation WHY would help future business with your product. “Pricing would change each time. First it raise the price of the original order by 20 dollars, then I asked them to change the price back down and they did that to what it was, but raised the price of shipping by close to 15 dollars.”

“I'll never again will use this company, they sent me the wrong product, and made the business Miss it grand open without signage and never refunded my money, this is a scam company, they sent me Mexicans concert posters and not my Barbershop signs I paid for......
