“Your art department does not respond to emails and they cancelled my order even though I spoke to someone about the resolution of the graphics. I provided higher resolution graphics, but never heard back again. Another phone call and I was informed that my order had been canceled. You have cost me 10 days that I had intended to be ready for my event. I have just placed the order again. I hope you come through this time!”

“50% promo link got me back. Re-ordered the exact same item I ordered 2 weeks ago so I'd have an extra and the price was 5$ more for the exact same thing w/ same shipping? I'll probably order again, but deceptive marketing is probably not the best way to treat repeat customers.”

“1`). Spoke with a customer service lady (1st call) and she seriously was asleep, AWFUL...! I couldn't even understand her and explained I was in a hurry. I really hope you can pull that "recording" for training purposes b/c she shouldn't work there. 0 stars for her. 2). My 2nd customer service person was pleasant and helpful. She gets 5 stars.”
