“Bought the outside banner and it didn't last more than a few days. the rings ripped right out of it. I bought 4 banners and 2 of the ripped at the rings in a few days. Spent alot of money with you guys.”

“This is my third order and the first was canceled at the advice of your associate. The second order was done with the help of your associate and bannersonthecheap.com canceled it without any explanation. These two had free rush shipping. So, I had to go and enter a third order and I am being charged shipping on this one for no fault of mine.”

“I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, but that is fixing to change. Customer Service has been sending me in circles for two weeks over an order that they messed up. I just need my signage and they are making this ridiculously hard to correct. Certain customer services says that my order has been fixed and shipped, others say I was refunded and need to start a new order. Everyone is clueless and can't point me in the right direction, so I have to waste money to order my signs again so that I have them in time for my event. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED.”
