“Immediately upon arrival I noticed color was off. Not matching my brand colors. I sent high resolution images and received colors not matching. I expected bright red but instead it's close to pink, a strawberry cream color I reached out to let company know and received a reply from Monique. Monique says she needs to speak to art team and she'll get back w me in 4 days. It's now day 6 and no reply. I guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointing 😞”

“BE WARNED!!! The fact that I have to buy five new stakes for flags that were in the ground 24 hours is very concerning. Banners on the Cheap's solution for a $90 credit is hardly satisfactory, since the replacement stakes cost upwards of $500 and their response was "we're unable to confirm the conditions in which this was used" made no sense when pictures were provided of the flags in the ground. At any rate, they got us for another $500 plus and if these metal stakes are not strong enough for their own feather flags and Washington, DC wind, we are going elsewhere...quickly.”

“Ordered a banner from this place and noticed I never received any shipping info. I contacted the company and asked where the order was and they told me there was an issue with the image resolution. I NEVER received any email about there being an issue with my order. I had to contact them to ask where my shipping info was beings I needed this banner in a timely manner. When I asked why I wasnt notified, she said they emailed me. I told her to send me the email that they sent me with the date and time....crickets. Will never order from here again. TERRIBLE customer service. And of course, now I am going to have to make my own banner because there is no way I can get one made in 3 days.”

“not sure you even read these comments......I have ordered from you many times in the past and spent thousands of dollars with your company. Each time I ask WHY I cannot get a fabric banner WITHOUT grommets? Until I get an answer, I will continue to give a poor rating. The ball is in your court. Let's see what happens.”

“Products are grat but their website is absolutely unaccapable. Impossable to log into and hard to design banners. We will no longer be using banners on the cheap any more. Theres no reason why a banner web site should lock out customers who get password wrong. Just makes a bad customer experiance even worse.”
