“issues with saving a template then couldn't add to cart. Had to redesign banner from scratch several times. Kept receiving emails with old designs. 4 time was the charm. There wouldn't have been a 5th design on this website.”

“Immediately upon arrival I noticed color was off. Not matching my brand colors. I sent high resolution images and received colors not matching. I expected bright red but instead it's close to pink, a strawberry cream color I reached out to let company know and received a reply from Monique. Monique says she needs to speak to art team and she'll get back w me in 4 days. It's now day 6 and no reply. I guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointing 😞”
