“Shipping was a surprise, but not really complaining if the product is exactly what I ordered. Can't star-rate you yet. Would be unfair. Well, since you're forcing me to star rate right now, without getting my product, I'll have to rate you a 1-star. You ought to consider having us rate you AFTER we get the product. The high shipping (I know it's not your fault) puts a damper on things.”

“When I first was on the site showed the price as $35.13 with $7.99 shipping. Had to come back, when I did price went up to $38 plus shipping increased to over $12. I know price will vary, but never seen a site where the shipping varies. At one point it was $14.75, quite a jump from the $7.99 . When I called to question it was told that the higher of a promotion you are given the more they charge for shipping???”

“I designed a banner and had a great experience with the art department in helping me adjust some color, however, after paying up front, I am unable to make a change, as I was told I could after seeing the proof. three times I have called or emailed the company for assistance. I am put into a que for a call back, but none ever happens.....Am I being scammed? I am on a deadline for this banner and am close to being very angry!”

“I tried for days to put the banner in my cart and kept getting an error. I got no help from Customer Support. I finally saved it as a picture to my photo album and then uploaded it to a new blank banner. Way too much trouble. I hope the quality is good. Shipping cost is very high. Misleading to advertise the banner at a great price and then charge that amount for shipping.”
