“I do not want the hardware with the X Banner.... just the X Banner and there was no way to de-select. This is wasteful for hardware that will be shipped and then put in the landfill.”

“This company made assumptions about a banner design. Altered the original specification and printed it without consulting me. I have been trying to get them to provide a replacement for over a month now without success. Customer service is appalling and if you try to call them, be prepared to spend a long time listening to the most annoying 'On Hold' music. When I did finally get through to a human, I was put on hold a further four times. Even after all that, I have still not received any form of confirmation about their intent to resolve the issue. I would DEFINATLY NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are far better options out there.”

“Why is shipping not included in the original total? I first tried to process my order with PayPal thinking that shipping was included and then you try to charge me an extra $14 after I thought it would only be $25? Very unsatisfactory service with your website. Please start to ask for shipping details prior to delivering a total to the customer. And you are not BBB accredited according to the linked website. Very unprofessional.”
