“Banner was printed crooked, seams were sewn crooked, grommets were installed incorrectly with material bunched up. Customer service flat out lied about a replacement which I never received.”

“Banners on the Cheap took my money and then after 3 weeks said this "I reviewed your order and regrettably we had to cancel the order. This is because we no longer have the banner in stock. Therefore we will be issuing a refund." They sell BANNERS! HOW are they out of stock!?? Don't waste your time with this company!!”

“Took too long , to create, I was on the phone for almost 3 hrs, for a very simple standard feather sign (when finally the representative decided to transfer me to the DESIGN DEPARTMENT). She should done that after our 1st 45 mins!!!!!. I don’t feel as if , I’ve been compensated fairly, for such a long………WAIT …THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS FRUSTRATING. I pray that when I receive my final product I’ll be happy with it. However, I would not recommend this site, to a novice, because it’s. NOT intuitive. Probably would not recommend to a designer either.”

“Banner on the Cheap no longer offers heavy duty material banner for outdoor. The Transparent type does not show clear sharp graphics, so cannot use. This is pretty bad. Hope you will be able to find another source for the material.”

“The heavy duty material is out of stock. And the customer service emailed me problem but no detail. Then a few days later, said problem resolved. But only 1 banner was delivered. I called the customer service, one said the large one was not sent and will be send and hung up on me. Then I called again, the customer service said the heavy duty material is out of stock and no lead time available, so I have to cancel my order. That's a very bad experience when I need the banner so badly.”

“We bought a banner from Banners on the Cheap - We used this banner a total of 6 times before it tore away from the frame. That is a design flaw - the banner didn't stay secure in the frame and began to pull away from the frame due to tension and the fact that whatever adhesive or clamp they used was sub-par and sub-standard. They offered to replace the banner and then rescinded their offer and instead offered to take $50 off the price of a new banner. They do not stand behind their product and you get what you pay for - a banner that doesn't work - will keep you posted when I find a more reputable company”
