“Templates are incredibly difficult to use if you make any changes at all. I ordered a double-sided flag. Using a template or starting from scratch - the back never looked like the front. I had to completely redesign the back to have it correctly reflect the front. I called your representatives and had multiple chats. No one could help me with it. Not even your "design" team. No one knew how to duplicate the back. If I had an X at the back edge on the front of the flag, the X was at the front edge on the flip side. I was extremely frustrated and ended up ordering not what I wanted but what I could work with and get it done. I'm just praying the quality is better than the efficiency of the web-site.”

“Banner arrived late and overcharged for shipping. Site said 2-3 days... and charged $85 dollars for 2lbs (2ftx2.5inx2.5in). They actually just sent it standard ground which is 1-5 days.”

“Easily the WORST customer service on the planet Earth. Due to an art issue my frame shipped before the cloth. One week apart. During that week I moved. Once we had the art issue solved I asked to change the shipping address. 5 different people told me that they could not change the shipping address and would have to cancel my order, refund my money, then I would have to start a new transaction online, adding another week to the process. These are simply the dumbest people on the planet earth. They cannot change an address in their system.”

“The text boxes in the creation step were completely unmanageable. Horrible. I had to create two images in Publisher and upload the jpg images but only after hours of trying to use your software with great gnashing of teeth. Incredibly poor software. Shame on you. It should never have taken me this long. I've ordered from you before, but I don't know if I ever will again.”

“I have not received the item so I can rate it. My first 3 orders were great. My last one, was not, I thought it was coming with holes and it didnt. You are welcomed to call me at 512 441 3925 and brain storm it with me, I live in Austin I can drop it off or wait while you place holes in it. It is hard ordering online. I cant even place a string through it to hang them, it was about 8 blue banners. Two online looked like large letters, but when it arrive they are small letters. I need these banners to be read from far away.”
