“i asked for free shipping and this is the first time i order here and i didn,t get any discount , i sent on the chat and she said she was not able to help me and i have to call so i called and i spent one hour without any answer . i have my own busines and i was planning to get a lot of staff from this website , but it kooks i will change my mind”

“I had a bad experience, with banners on the cheap. My order was printed incorrectly. That happens...It shouldn't but I understand. When attempting to contact customer service, it took me an hour for customer service to get to my call. After sending in the photos and told the information was going to be sent to the art department for review I was instructed I would hear within 24 hours. Five days later, I had to call back, waited for another hour for customer service, then I was told the art department is currently reviewing it and I should hear back shortly. Days later I had to call back, yet again and unreasonable wait time. The agent I spoke with said that the decision was made to send us out a new one and someone should of called or emailed to let me know. I made the order on the 29th of September and I was not complete until the 24th of October. Price was great, and I believe the quality of the product is good, no complaints about that, but the customer service experience is some of the worst I've encountered either in my personal life and as a small business. I could never recommend anyone using this service because if they have any issues ,they will have to endure a torturous and laborious process.”

“Great turn around time on production but lacks in the shipping in time department. When called we were told, nothing we can do! Ordered on the 9th and as of the 15th our order has yet to ship. We ordered early for an event on the 21st and at best it ships on the 16th and hopefully it makes it on time.”

“Banners On Tge Cheap may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. Customer service was horrible, the first time I placed an order they said I had to cancel and re-created because I wanted to change the address not the billing address, but the shipping address. So I did, and when I placed my order again using the right shipping address for some reason, it use the billing address. So I called to have them fix it and they told me that I had to re-create the order again which means I still have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the first refund now another 5 to 10 business days for the second refund instead of them, just correcting it on their end. Still waiting on the finished product but so far I’d rather pay a little more for quality service.”

“Received flags late on a rush order and no poles although poles showed included with the price I saw on screen when ordering it. So sad I thought I was getting a good price but paid 90 dollars for a flag that I can’t use in fact 8 of them BE CAUTIOUS WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Usually you guys are wonderful. Not this time. I submitted a large order on a Friday afternoon. Got a message from art dept saying there was a problem. Resent an image to drop in. Several calls, emails, waiting for proofs that never came over four days. FINALLY this afternoon I called again to find out they are sitting on the production because some image got corrupted -- but they never told me. When were they going to tell me if I had not called? They had to cancel that part of the order and so I totally redid and resubmitted that one banner. Fingers crossed this one works. Very poor communication. Spoke to 5 different people in the art dept.. -- what country were they in???? They were nice on the phone but useless-- just reading someone else's notes to me not fixing the problem!”

“The way they measure their feather flags is definitely deceitful! They claim to be 6’x2’ yet are only under 5’. The price changes from one minute to the next without changing the items in your cart. I honestly would not order from this company again. When they say 50% off your cart you won’t really get that deal. Was barely satisfied with my purchase that cannot be returned!”

“I needed a banner for an event and ordered it on their site. They charged me for it but never made the banner and I did not receive any notification about my order. I finally called them the day before the event and they didn’t know anything about my order. Instead of refunding my money like I asked, the woman on the phone collected my info, said she would look into the matter and get back to me. 4 days after the event I received a flimsy banner with no holes or way to to attach it. I’m not very impressed with their services and will not order from them again.”

“When your item does not ship for 2 weeks. I call customer service and I am told it ships in 24 hours after printed. Well that is just silly. Who would print and then hold order from shipping. CRAZY!”

“Website makes it extremely difficult to design a two-sided flag or banner. Both sides must be designed separately. If you design from scratch, this makes it extremely difficult to be confident that both sides are exactly the same. My logo on one side might be a slightly different size or the location of the logo off on the other side. When designing your own flag from scratch, it should be easy enough to make the second side an exact replica of the first. I spend hours adjusting a logo or text or shapes to look the same on each side.”
