Couldn't figure out how to manipulate the font size. Person on the phone was not a very customer service oriented person.

I had a lot of trouble placing the order. I tried to edit 3 times and each time it added to my shopping cart. I could not remove the extra banners. The man that helped me on the phone was able to remove them. He didn't seem really well versed on what was available-border wise. He was able to help me with correcting and submitting my order. Maybe next time it will work out better. Thank you

I didn't realize how slow printing / processing would be. I'm two weeks from my event but have to do 2-3 day shipping because you're site isn't clear about processing time.

I got an email about a 50% discount on my banner, then that wasn't an option when I went to checkout. Very frustrating.

We'll see what type of quality the table cloth really is. Your product is not inexpensive compared to other sites. I feel like I overpaid, but that remains to be seen. Your shipping costs are ridiculous and only add to the "gotcha" pricing at the end. I'm disappointed so far and kind of surprised I purchased it. I hope it's worth it.

The website was clunky when saving designs. Trying to switch between 8 ft and 6 ft table cloth . had to redo the entire design. Had trouble checking out. Could not select the state, and would not let me check out. Had to autofill and change. Frustrating

I have been trying to place this order for 3 days...but got hung up in Editing and design...when I did get TO 'art dept' was on hold for 45 mins...and he did finally get my main problem solved...but I am in business.. AFTER I was on hold and he was that to assist.. I had customers come in and had to put HIM 'on hold' sooo it was just VERY stressful. Seems to me, since you changed your system (is what your reps keep saying) that it has caused more Challenges than it has helped...Can't be 'just me' ?? I DO LOVE your products...just NEED TO SAVE 'time' :)
