“it has taken my 3 days to place this order. I received the same error message today since my design was not going into my cart. Called today and spoke with your CS. was informed no one could assist since it was not in my cart. I wasted several hours designing my banner only to be told I needed to start all over again!”

“When I was choosing to order and preparing the order the banner said "SHIPS IN 24HRS!". At checkout I find out that that's only of I pay a significant shipping premium.”

“MY FIRST ORDER HAD 2 PROBLEMS: RECEIVED A BANNER WITHOUT THE MODIFICATIONS I MADE WITH THE REP. BASICALLY MY PROOF WAS NOT HONORED. SECOND THE FLAG I ORDERED DID NOT EXIST AND THE REP COULD NOT HELP ME FIND SOMETHING OF SIMILAR PRICE. HERE I AM AGAIN, TRYING TO GET THIS ORDER IN AND THE WEBSITE IS FAULTY , ONE OF MY DESIGNS COULD NOT BE ADDED TO THE CART AND I HAD TO START FROM SCRATCH. REPS DID NOT EVEN OFFER FREE SHIPPING , WHICH IS THE LEAST THEY COULD DO. SO, HERE I AM HOPPING MY REPLACED ITEM AND MY NEW ITEMS GET TO ME ASAP FOR THE OPENING OF MY STORE.”

“Maybe they are too fast!! I placed an order at 4:15ish pm ET on the 25th of January. Found out that the QR Codes that I had generated required a subscription to keep using them and so I emailed Banners on the Cheap at 8:41pm ET. and asked that they hold off on printing the banner until I get the QR Code issue fixed. I received an auto generated email stating that it could take 2 business days to respond. I sent an email with the updated information at 8:11am ET. I did not get a response to this email. I felt that this was plenty quick enough to get the files in place for the banner to be printed properly. Then this afternoon at 4:03p (Monday) I get an email that says, sorry we printed it and shipped it with the original information. But we can discount reprinting..... My original email was sent after their office closed and the email with the corrected information was sent before their office opens. But they say that I should have spoke with them...... NOT HAPPY.”

“I have ordered many times, but this time, I missed the opportunity to get 55% of the banner as each time it was created there was a broken link and I couldn't order it. i had to redesign everything and start over, and now only able to get 35% off. I don't get reimbursed for these banner so I try to make them as economically as possible. I do appreciate your quality of the product and just wish I were able to get the better discount.”
