“1.) There is not place on your Order Form for Non-Profits to enter a TAX EXEMPTION NUMBER -- Or, list that Tax Should Not Be Charged. 2.) I have used -- "Tried to Use" is more accurate -- the CALL BACK feature on your Phone System. However, three (3) times, now -- on three different occasions -- NO ONE HAS CALLED to Return the Phone Call. 3.) The DESIGN STUDIO feature is Very Basic. It does not allow even or smooth placement (accurate) of the elements to be included in the Banner Design process. The feature causes the design process to be restricted/limited which is a deterrent to using this source for purchases.”
