“First order was zoomed in and now i have to reorder and it's not guaranteed shipping on time. Customer service doesn't help unless I put in another order.”

“I'm less than pleased that the shipping amount changed for the exact same item depending on the coupon/link I used. The more I saved the higher the shipping went. I consider this very deceptive and will think twice before using you again.”

“couldn't write message on banner would not work and the chat option said email so had to use clip art wish i could of found the company i used for my other banner much cheaper shipping”

“Credit card info was very difficult to use would not receive card info took about 5 times. Changed to another cc had to repeat the same information several times.”

“I feel like this was a bit of a bait and switch, price seems affordable then you take the time to design it only to find out at check out about all the extras so I was expecting to be spending about $40 but with shipping ended up at $60! If I would of had more time to start over with a different vendor I would have.”

“Your website is difficult to use in that the font adaptions move from where you place the cursor and the centering doesn't center. Creating banners takes much longer than necessary due to the need to amend the failings of the design aspects of the site.”
