“I had to put in CC info about 10 times before it went through. I had to switch credit cards and it still took 3 more times I liked how the design worked though”

“Per instructions from your Art Department, we had to revise and re-submit a Banner Design due to the graphic elements in our Original Order being lower resolution. Rather than replace the Design with the revised version -- which we had done and which was in our SHOPPING CART, the rep said we had to CANCEL our initial order and start with a brand new order. A REFUND for the first order which had already been paid is to be processed. But as of this time that refund/credit has not appeared on our account. We now are processing a SECOND Order that is also being charged on our account. ALSO - we are a non-profit and should NOT be charged Taxes. But the Orders (2) Both show taxes being charged. Tax Exempt info was previously provided as required. Thank you.”

“I created my whole banner and saved. When I went to purchase from the saved email it would not work and I had to recreate the whole thing at the direction of the help I called. Unacceptable.”
