“previous order of same sized banner a few weeks ago was only $36. Today it was nearly $50. disappointed in price increase”

“Well, the fact that you advertise a discount but you don't offer any cheaper shipping than the rush shipping is bogus. Which then in turn really sets the price back at regular price is a bit of false advertising. I don't Like that. However, since I normally use you all for my prints, I just decided to go ahead with it but next go around, I'll use someone with an actual discount as I'm really paying attention to this now. Click bate advertising at its best.”

“Shipping prices too high. Also did not see a tax exempt option. Also could not find more info. about your business in the About As or Contact Us section. Where are you located? We'll do some digging and reach out to those higher up if necessary.”

“It took me and hour to order 3 banners. The first sales rep, Andre was very nice and polite, but didn't seem to be able to access my design. The second one was no help at all. I finally got on the website and was able to order, but then it took 3 tries to take my payment.”

“Banners on the Cheap messed up my order that I placed 5 days ago and just notified me and then only credited me the cost of the banner not the shipping so I am paying an extra $10 for their mistake. Frustrating since I have recently spent $450 dollars with the company.”

“The website had a lot of glitching - it kept saying "Failed to load item into the cart - refresh your page and try again" I closed the browser and reloaded sometimes successfully other times I had to load a blank banner into my cart and then edit it to add the design. Overall a quick process was made slow and tedious because the site was not loading the banners into my cart.”

“I submitted an earlier order which you informed me was not of high enough resolution. When I resubmitted it with better resolution through the link the price and the shipping costs were increased. When I submitted it as a new order, I got the original price.”

“I ordered a banner and instead of a cross country runner, I got a banner with a baseball player on it. I had to order another banner with express shipping. I hope the company gives me a big discount for their error.”
