“You advertise low cost and low shipping, but NOT TRUE. Shipping is as much as banner cost!! And grommets etc are additional! This is a bait ad/site!!”

“Our shipping address depends on what carrier is used: USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. The shipping carrier is not declared in the ordering process. This makes it problematic for us to specify the proper shipping address. Thx for all you do.”

“Cheap banners but hides the extremely expensive shipping charges until the absolute very last. Poor way to plan for costs and sneaky business practice. Don't think the will change so I'll look for another company next month. Too bad, cause they do good work.”

“We have ordered from you many times. The last two times I received someone's banner other than mine. I still have not received the last order. This event for the current banner takes place on Sept. 17. If there is a mix up on this order, I will not place future orders with you. The quality of your banners are great, but I can't use them if they arrive after the event because you had to print them a second time. I think this comment is worth a phone call from you folks. 304-614-7510”

“Seriously overpriced shipping. Flag banner stands are about twice the price they should be. I will not order from here again unless it's JUST for the flag. Nothing CHEAP about these banners at all unfortunately.”

“My banner came in misprinted 2 days before my event. The moment it came in, i opened it. Im so glad I did because if i had waited until that night, i would have not received the correct banner in time. The customer service guy was great. He stayed on the phone the entire time as he waited for approval for an ok to reprint. However, he said he guaranteed the banner would be in by noon the day of my event. My event was at 3pm. They shipped with fedex and when i received the confirmation fedex could NOT guarantee it to be to me by noon. They said by 8 pm. I had so much anxiety not knowing if the banner would be in by my event time. I paid extra for expedited shipping, which was more than the banner itself. I didn't get a followup asking if the banner made it, was everything ok…. Nothing. And Instill was charged full price for the banner and shipping! However when the correct banner came in, it was great quality with durability,. It was also appealing to the eye and made my event special, but im not sure if the stress of getting the misprinted banner and then getting the correct banner at 2pm when my event was at 3pm.”

“I was very disappointed when I saw the cost of shipping. I had been working with another site and their shipping was $5.99 for the same size vinyl banner. I would have not put the order through but my grandchildren were here and I needed to hurry. I think this is a scheme that allows you to charge less for the item and I resent it!!!! Hope the banner at least looks good.”
