“I hope I didn't reorder an order I placed previously. I want my money back for all shipping and inconsistencies invovling my last 2 banner orders. or a full refund if my items are not what I submitted. I'm not very happy with process considering the money I spent for my event which is Saturday 10/12-10/13 in which I actually needed the banners for.”

“Promo says "ships within 24 hours" but I had to pay for rush shipping in order to get them to ship it within 24 hours. Very misleading.”

“original order #90945925, two banners printed in error. used chat, left message after hours, no return message. selected chat, apologized then offered a fix and I had to pay shipping, no way to identify chat for payment. Called to make payment, gave order number of original, spoke to a very pleasant person. She sent me an email so I could send video of the error, ironically the email is no longer available, but I have two videos in my phone in search of email attachments but no corresponding email. Ended up re-ordering banners and to my knowledge no refund given of banners made erroneously. I have found ... in your banners you offer a vertical banner but inonly two sizes. BUT, if you go to business banners, you offer a 6x2 vertical banner. That is what I ordered, hopefully I will not disappoint my Major Sponsors this year.”

“This order I was waiting 4 hours for a call back from the Art Dept. to help with an alignment issue. After no call back, I needed to call them a second time but ultimately did get the banner fixed and ordered.”
