“Very disappointed with the loss of images, at least 3 times, I lost my work before I could get back to it. Need some more cropping features instead of vertical and horrizontal!”

“spent a few hours putting together designs that couldn't be added to the cart....the resolution from the support team was to do it again. Then I'm trying to check out and keeps giving me an error message. I have used this service for several years and spent $1,000s of dollars...I probably wont purchase from here again in the future.”

“Khalie was very professional. .. I couldnt of asked for better service. Im upset that I had to pay an additional $40. to have my banner here later than expected. I understand the issue with the computers and having to redo the banner wasnt an issue. but the fact that I had to pay more for something that was already promised . sucks”

“I bought a 6 foot feather flag. One would expect when you bought a 6 foot flag to receive a 6 foot flag. No, apparently you get a 4 foot flag and 2 foot of that is taken up by the pole. As in from the ground up, you would have 6 foot. I don't know what type of common sense this is. We are in a new brave world evidently. When I tried to return, the flag is explained to me that I had to take 4 foot and I had the 2 foot of the rod to make 6 foot. If I bought a gallon of gas I would expect a gallon of gas if I bought a 3 x 5 US flag I would expect a 3 x 5 flag. Evidently their measuring tape works differently than everybody else's. They tried to do a partial return and I would've had to paid $74 to get the right size flag that I ordered. I will no longer be doing business with banners on the cheap. Oh and also they advertise banners very cheaply but when you do a double side, expect to pay four times price. Not so cheap. The only reason it has two stars is the flag actually seems to be decent quality. They just can't measure.”

“created six designs and saved them in my design folder and couldn't add them later to the cart because there's a glitch in your system you are working on. Very annoying. Had to start from scratch.”

“I had a lot of trouble placing the order. I tried to edit 3 times and each time it added to my shopping cart. I could not remove the extra banners. The man that helped me on the phone was able to remove them. He didn't seem really well versed on what was available-border wise. He was able to help me with correcting and submitting my order. Maybe next time it will work out better. Thank you”

“We'll see what type of quality the table cloth really is. Your product is not inexpensive compared to other sites. I feel like I overpaid, but that remains to be seen. Your shipping costs are ridiculous and only add to the "gotcha" pricing at the end. I'm disappointed so far and kind of surprised I purchased it. I hope it's worth it.”

“The website was clunky when saving designs. Trying to switch between 8 ft and 6 ft table cloth . had to redo the entire design. Had trouble checking out. Could not select the state, and would not let me check out. Had to autofill and change. Frustrating”
