“Honestly, the prices and shipping have increased a lot over the past few years. I have been burned on shipping that did not arrive on time. I actually recently ordered a banner for an event that arrived after the event had concluded. I used to get great prices and super-fast delivery and now I get neither. I am hoping for the best on this order.”

“I was told by the chat to call a 877 number to be able to get help with a resolution issue. When I called that number the prompts told me that I would be able to get help with items in my cart before I ordered them. When I got to the rep she told me she could not help me and would not help me. If my banners are crappy, I am going to have a lot to say!”

“usually everything is great. But you offer t-bar holes in aluminum signs, but you don't offer t-bar accessories for them, and there is no statement saying you don't. Why offer the holes at an additional price?”

“I placed an order and payed an expedited fee and no on resolved my issue in enough time for me to receive my order by the date I was expecting. Although my art work needed to be resolved it took 5 days for someone to contact me to just to use the new design I sent 24 hours after your company reached out to me. There were no accommodations made even though the timing to respond to a customer is 2-3 days. And although the policy states "Ships Next Day" or "Ships in 24 Hours/Tomorrow" refers to business days and applies to orders placed before 4PM CST (orders after 4PM CST are treated as if placed the next business day) I can’t receive my order for 5 days even though 48 of those days are business days. This was extremely inconvenient and my event won’t have a banner!!!”
