“It took four entries of my design. The saves never worked as as I needed to get it approved by my committee the website was frozen before I could hit continue on the design page. Phone to help line was useless as the call back function did not occur. Finally found a responding chat and I was told to restart!”

“On 06/14 I ordered a banner, paid $61.56, and did not receive a banner. I called yesterday and was told there was NO record of my order; however, was charged on my card. I need the banner for a trade show. so I put together another one yesterday and again was charged $61.56. This is bogus and I will be calling again today.”

“Recently I ordered yard signs, to be delivered on June 7. These were not received and Finally I called on June 10th, and postage was marked, but the package never got to the FedEx office. So you had to re-order my signs, and I was not to receive it until 7 days later (for an event coming soon) on June 14. I didn't receive them until June 15. I'm hesitating to expect this order on time - which is IMPERATIVE.”
