“I started to place an order. The shipping cost was 6.99. I checked something and came back; now the cost is $15.20! I can't find a way to return to $6.99. (It might have been 7.99) Tried live chat, Aretha took too long to respond.”

“Your Staff is very helpful, Rating VERY GOOD! However, the wait time is extremely excessive! Rating VERY POOR! I was on hold for over one hour.... and it took approximately 2 hours to resolve my issue. Overall Rating = Poor because the wait time is not Acceptable - actually very frustrating!”

“Your shipping rates are WAY too high. I am paying over half the amount of my banner again for just shipping. It is also difficult to design a banner with the current options. We need several banners, but cannot pay those shipping rates! Sadly we will have to look elsewhere.”

“Please print on black vinyl, the only white I want to see is the graphics, I ordered a banner a few weeks ago, the colors were inverted, in the edge of the banner had little black stripes around it, the banner was supposed to be shipped Second day and arrive on a Thursday, I did not even receive it until the following Tuesday and never got to use it for my event, I’m also still waiting for my postage to be refunded to me, I hope this order goes much better ????”

“Super frustrated. Ordered 2 weeks ago, had a problem and have everything worked out with a representative. Something happened and they didn't get the ok - long story short they put my order on hold and now I have to pay $100 in shipping to get it in time. Not my fault.”

“Your shipping charges are too high for the product. I bought one 2x4 vinyl banner and had to pay $16.55 in shipping which was more than the price of the banner! Too many places offer free shipping these days for you to even consider over pricing on yours.”
